I'm often asked by clients how they can best help members of their own team to achieve success for themselves and the business. Here are three very simple questions you might find useful along with some examples to better frame the questions in the real world. Well framed questions are the most powerful tool in your toolbox and, in my experience are not used nearly as often as they should be!

1."What are your current priorities, and how can I support you in achieving them?"
Example: "I understand you're working on Project X. How can I help remove any obstacles or provide resources to ensure its success?"
2."Is there anything hindering your productivity or success that we can address together?"
Example: "If there are any challenges affecting your workflow, let's discuss solutions. It could be anything from workload to communication issues."
3."What skills or resources do you feel you need to excel in your role?"
Example: "To excel in your role, are there specific skills you'd like to develop? Whether it's training, mentorship, or tools, let's explore how we can enhance your capabilities."
